DUMBO already pulls people in for photos, and the 360 booth gives that instinct somewhere to go that isn't just a phone held overhead. The camera arm orbits guests standing on a lit platform, and because DUMBO's best backdrops — the Manhattan Bridge archway, the waterfront warehouses on Water Street — are usually right outside the door, we position the platform so the video captures them in the background rather than competing with them for attention.
The platform is bulkier gear than most of what we bring to the neighborhood, and DUMBO's cobblestone streets are unkind to anything on wheels, so load-in gets mapped out in advance rather than improvised on the day — the same planning we do for every booth here, just with a heavier build to account for. Once it's inside, the footprint itself is straightforward: 8ft x 8ft minimum, 12ft x 12ft where a waterfront loft's floor plan allows it, with 7.5ft of ceiling clearance for the arm's full sweep, which the high-ceilinged warehouse spaces around Water Street and Jay Street tend to clear easily. It also needs a dedicated 15 or 20 amp outlet, worth confirming ahead of time in an older building where circuits run tighter.
Setup takes about 20 minutes once the platform is inside, and we arrive a full hour ahead of your start time so the arm is tested and ready before your first guest steps up. There is no travel fee anywhere in DUMBO — it's a local run for us, quoted from your venue ZIP code before you book.

Does the 360 booth work at a DUMBO waterfront or archway venue?
Yes — and the Manhattan Bridge or the exposed warehouse brick tends to land right in frame during the orbit. We position the platform with that in mind, and schedule extra load-in time since waterfront and archway venues often have limited vehicle access.
How do you get the 360 platform in over DUMBO's cobblestone streets?
Carefully, and planned ahead rather than figured out on the day. The platform is heavier than most of our other booths, so we walk the route from parking to your venue's door in advance and carry what needs carrying.
How much floor space does the 360 booth need?

Yes, particularly for a younger guest list that wants a shareable clip rather than just a print. For a more traditional wedding we'll often suggest pairing it with the mirror booth so both formats are covered.
How long does setup take, given DUMBO's cobblestone load-in?
About 20 minutes once the platform is inside. We arrive a full hour before your start time and build in extra time for the walk in from parking. If you need us there earlier still, idle time runs $150 per hour.
Do you carry insurance and can you provide a COI for a DUMBO venue?
Yes. We carry a $3 million insurance policy. If your venue needs a certificate of insurance naming them as additionally insured, reply to your booking confirmation with their contact email and we will send it over.
Which DUMBO areas do you cover?
We're out across Vinegar Hill, Brooklyn Heights, Fulton Ferry, Water Street, Jay Street and the surrounding areas most weekends of the season. If your venue isn't on that list, ask anyway — we'll tell you honestly whether we can get there.
