Yes. A trained attendant runs every booth for the full length of your rental — setting up, keeping the prop table organized, helping guests, and packing down afterward. You never have to assign someone from your own team to look after the booth.

Optimal setup is 10ft x 10ft, which leaves room for the backdrop, prop table and a red carpet. We can compress into a smaller footprint when a venue is tight — the minimum is 8ft x 8ft with 7.5ft of ceiling clearance. We also need a standard 110V, 5-amp, 3-prong outlet within 15 feet of the booth.

About 20 minutes from the moment we walk in until we are taking the first picture. We arrive a full hour before your scheduled start time so everything is tested and ready. If you need us on site earlier than that, idle time is $150 per hour.

Yes. We carry a $3 million insurance policy. If your venue needs a certificate of insurance naming them as additionally insured, reply to your booking confirmation with their contact email and we will send it over.

Yes, with a level, dry, covered space. Because the look depends on studio-powered lighting rather than ambient light, we can maintain the same black-and-white edit outdoors as indoors as long as the site is sheltered from wind and rain — we'll confirm the details with you before booking.

Yes, though we usually recommend keeping the overlay minimal — a name and date in a simple typeface, or a small logo mark — since a heavy overlay competes with the black-and-white look. Tell us what you'd like and we'll design a template that doesn't fight the photo.

The glam booth is a stills booth — every session captures dry 4x6 prints and a digital copy with the signature black-and-white edit applied. If you want video or GIFs alongside it, we can pair it with our GIF booth or vogue booth at the same event.
