Yes. A trained attendant runs every booth for the full length of your rental — setting up, keeping the prop table organized, helping guests, and packing down afterward. You never have to assign someone from your own team to look after the booth.

Optimal setup is 10ft x 10ft, which leaves room for the backdrop, prop table and a red carpet. We can compress into a smaller footprint when a venue is tight — the minimum is 8ft x 8ft with 7.5ft of ceiling clearance. We also need a standard 110V, 5-amp, 3-prong outlet within 15 feet of the booth.

About 20 minutes from the moment we walk in until we are taking the first picture. We arrive a full hour before your scheduled start time so everything is tested and ready. If you need us on site earlier than that, idle time is $150 per hour.

Yes. Magic Mirror Brooklyn carries a $3 million liability insurance policy for our events. If your venue needs a certificate of insurance naming them as additionally insured, reply to your booking confirmation with their contact email and we will send it over.
