Yes. A trained attendant runs every booth for the full length of your rental — setting up, keeping the prop table organized, helping guests, and packing down afterward. You never have to assign someone from your own team to look after the booth.

Optimal setup is 10ft x 10ft, which leaves room for the backdrop, prop table and a red carpet. We can compress into a smaller footprint when a venue is tight — the minimum is 8ft x 8ft with 7.5ft of ceiling clearance. We also need a standard 110V, 5-amp, 3-prong outlet within 15 feet of the booth.

About 20 minutes from the moment we walk in until we are taking the first picture. We arrive a full hour before your scheduled start time so everything is tested and ready. If you need us on site earlier than that, idle time is $150 per hour.

Yes. We carry a $3 million insurance policy. If your venue needs a certificate of insurance naming them as additionally insured, reply to your booking confirmation with their contact email and we will send it over.

Yes — large guest counts are the norm in Queens catering halls, not the exception. For anything over about 200 guests we typically recommend pairing a static booth with a roaming attendant so there's never a single line backing up the room; ask us about that combination when you request pricing.

We coordinate directly with the hall's event coordinator to find a load-in window that doesn't conflict with the event before yours. Yes. Jamaica in particular sees a lot of guests arriving via JFK's AirTrain connection to the LIRR, and we have worked plenty of events near LaGuardia in northern Queens as well. Neither adds a travel fee — Queens is a standard service area no matter which airport your guests are closer to.

Mostly ceiling height and floor plan. LIC's converted warehouse and gallery spaces tend to have higher ceilings and more open floor space, which is why the 360 booth does well there. Astoria's catering halls are typically a more traditional banquet layout — round tables, a dance floor, a defined event flow — where the mirror booth or a roaming attendant usually fits the room and the crowd better. We will ask about your specific venue before recommending a booth rather than assume based on neighborhood alone.

Yes. Quinceañeras are a regular part of our Queens calendar alongside weddings and Sweet Sixteens, and they tend to bring the same multigenerational, high-guest-count mix — grandparents and young cousins in the same room, both wanting a photo.
