Pricing depends on which booth you choose, how many hours you need, and where your venue is. Every quote is built for your specific event rather than pulled off a rate card, so the fastest way to a real number is the quote form — it takes about 30 seconds. Additional hours beyond your booked time are $125 per hour.

Yes. A trained attendant runs every booth for the full length of your rental — setting up, keeping the prop table organized, helping guests, and packing down afterward. You never have to assign someone from your own team to look after the booth.

Optimal setup is 10ft x 10ft, which leaves room for the backdrop, prop table and a red carpet. We can compress into a smaller footprint when a venue is tight — the minimum is 8ft x 8ft with 7.5ft of ceiling clearance. We also need a standard 110V, 5-amp, 3-prong outlet within 15 feet of the booth.

About 20 minutes from the moment we walk in until we are taking the first picture. We arrive a full hour before your scheduled start time so everything is tested and ready. If you need us on site earlier than that, idle time is $150 per hour.

Yes. We carry a $3 million insurance policy. If your venue needs a certificate of insurance naming them as additionally insured, reply to your booking confirmation with their contact email and we will send it over.

Yes — we run rooftop and outdoor setups across Williamsburg, DUMBO and Greenpoint regularly. We need a covered or weatherproof spot for the equipment (direct rain and direct sun on the touchscreen both cause problems), a stable power source within 15 feet, and elevator or stair access confirmed in advance since not every rooftop runs a service elevator late into the evening. Tell us it is outdoor when you request pricing and we will ask the right follow-up questions.

We work with both constantly — converted industrial buildings in Bushwick, East Williamsburg and Gowanus are some of our most frequent venues, and a lot of them only run freight during specific hours. Tell us the building and floor when you request a quote and we will confirm freight elevator access or plan for stairs, and adjust our load-in time so nothing is rushed before your guests arrive.

Yes, and during peak wedding season (May through October) Brooklyn is our busiest borough by volume — Saturdays book out months in advance. If you have a date in mind, especially at a popular venue in Williamsburg or Park Slope, we would rather tell you honestly now whether we're free than have you wait on a quote.
