What is a champagne wall?
A champagne wall is exactly what it sounds like: an elegant display wall holding rows of filled champagne glasses, styled with signage and lighting to match your event. Guests take a glass from the wall — usually while someone photographs them doing it — and the corner becomes a natural gathering point for the whole night.
It works as a welcome moment at a wedding, a toast station at a gala, or a branded serving piece at a product launch. Wherever it stands, it photographs beautifully.
What is included with a champagne wall rental
We handle the full setup — the wall, the glasses, the styling and the lighting — and the pickup afterwards. Custom signage and personalization are available: names and a date for a wedding, a monogram for a milestone birthday, or a logo and brand colors for corporate events.

What does the venue need to provide?
Very little. The wall needs a stable, level spot roughly 6ft wide, away from the busiest walkway. The champagne itself is typically supplied by your venue or caterer — we style and stock the wall, and coordinate timing with them so the glasses are poured and ready for your moment.
We deliver, set up and style the wall before your start time, and collect it after the event. Tell us your venue on the quote form and we will confirm the details before you book.

Champagne Wall FAQ
Does the champagne wall come with the champagne?
The wall, glasses, styling and setup come from us; the champagne itself is typically supplied by your venue or caterer, since most venues require alcohol to come through their license. We coordinate timing with them so the wall is poured and ready for your moment.
Can the champagne wall be personalized?
Yes. Custom signage, names, monograms, brand logos and color styling are all available, and the wall can be paired with one of our 30+ flower walls to build a complete photo corner around it.
How much does a photo booth rental cost in NYC?
Pricing depends on which booth you choose, how many hours you need, and where your venue is. Every quote is built for your specific event rather than pulled off a rate card, so the fastest way to a real number is the quote form — it takes about 30 seconds. Additional hours beyond your booked time are $125 per hour.
Is an attendant included with the photo booth rental?
Yes. A trained attendant runs every booth for the full length of your rental — setting up, keeping the prop table organized, helping guests, and packing down afterward. You never have to assign someone from your own team to look after the booth.
How much space does the booth need?
Optimal setup is 10ft x 10ft, which leaves room for the backdrop, prop table and a red carpet. We can compress into a smaller footprint when a venue is tight — the minimum is 8ft x 8ft with 7.5ft of ceiling clearance. We also need a standard 110V, 5-amp, 3-prong outlet within 15 feet of the booth.
How long does setup take?
About 20 minutes from the moment we walk in until we are taking the first picture. We arrive a full hour before your scheduled start time so everything is tested and ready. If you need us on site earlier than that, idle time is $150 per hour.
Do you carry insurance and can you provide a COI for my venue?
Yes. We carry a $3 million insurance policy. If your venue needs a certificate of insurance naming them as additionally insured, reply to your booking confirmation with their contact email and we will send it over.
Can the champagne wall be set up outdoors?
Yes, as long as the spot is stable, level and away from the busiest walkway, the same requirements as an indoor setup. Outdoor placement should also be sheltered from wind, since a gust near a wall of filled glasses is the one thing we plan around carefully.
How much space does the champagne wall actually need?
Roughly 6ft wide and stable, level ground — noticeably less than a full booth setup. It's one of the easier pieces in our range to fit into a tight cocktail area or entrance.
Who fills the glasses and when?
We style and stock the wall, but the champagne itself typically comes through your venue or caterer's license. We coordinate timing with them so the glasses are poured and ready right before your guests arrive at the wall, rather than sitting out too long beforehand.
Should we pair the champagne wall with a photo booth?
Many clients do — the wall becomes a natural photo moment on its own, but placing it beside a flower wall or one of our booths turns the corner into a complete photo destination rather than two separate stops.
