The same as our other mirror booth: 10ft x 10ft is optimal, and we can compress to 8ft x 8ft with 7.5ft of ceiling clearance when the floor is tight. We need a standard 110V, 5-amp, 3-prong outlet within 15 feet, ideally not shared with AV equipment.

About 20 minutes. We arrive a full hour before your scheduled start so the booth is tested and quiet before doors open. If you need us on site earlier — common for conferences — idle time runs at $150 per hour.

Yes. We carry a $3 million insurance policy, and if your venue needs a certificate of insurance naming them as additionally insured, reply to your booking confirmation with their contact email and we will send it over.

Yes, with the same conditions as our other booths — level, dry ground and protection from direct weather. Direct sunlight is the main thing to avoid, since it creates glare on the frameless glass and makes the touchscreen hard to read. A covered terrace or shaded area works well.

Yes — multi-day bookings are common for conferences and trade shows. Tell us your event schedule and the hours you need it running each day, and we'll build a multi-day quote around that rather than treating it as separate single-day rentals.
