The 360 booth, sized for Manhattan's loading docks and dress codes

Manhattan events run on someone else's schedule — a freight elevator reservation, a loading dock window, a building engineer who signs off at six. Before we ever bring the platform in, we book the dock time and send the certificate of insurance your venue's event office is going to ask for, so setup happens on the clock the building gives us rather than the one we would prefer.

Once we are in the room, the 360 does what it does everywhere: guests step onto the platform, the camera arm orbits them in slow motion, and a branded clip is ready to share within seconds. In Manhattan that plays especially well at product launches and brand activations in SoHo galleries, agency holiday parties in Midtown, and after-work events in the Financial District, where a booth that draws its own crowd is exactly the point. Hotel ballrooms and rooftop bars can usually accommodate the 8ft x 8ft minimum footprint and 7.5ft ceiling clearance the arm needs; 12ft x 12ft is better if the floor plan has it.

It also holds up for the dressier side of Manhattan bookings — weddings and galas where the video, not just the print, is the thing guests actually post. Whichever neighborhood your venue is in, from Tribeca to Hell's Kitchen to the Upper East Side, travel is a standard quoted fee, never a surprise on the invoice.

What clients say

4.9 stars from 210 Google reviews

Magic Mirror Brooklyn is Absolutely the BEST thing we added to our wedding reception! People were still talking about how much FUN they had 2 weeks after, they LOVED Vallon and his crew who made everything so much FUN, the keepsake photos were Hilarious & guests stayed WAY later than they would have because we had this UNIQUE booth! Typical photobooths have NOTHING on this Mirror. If I could give a 10 star rating..I would!

Selly & Sherwin

Magic Mirror Brooklyn was incredibly professional and friendly upon booking online, particularly in regards to the rental of the Mirror photo-booth. They worked tirelessly to pull off our vision and went above and beyond throughout the process. On event day, they were professional and had wonderful interactions with each guest who came to get their picture taken.

It was a pleasure doing business with Valen. He was very polite, professional and very accommodating. Him and his assistant had very good energy and kept all of our guests having fun. The table with accessories was kept neat and organized the whole evening. The booth was a big hit in my event! Would definitely hire this company again.

Questions

360 Photo Booth in Manhattan — FAQ

Can you provide a COI for our Manhattan hotel or venue's insurance office?

Yes. We carry a $3 million insurance policy. Reply to your booking confirmation with your venue's contact email and we will send the certificate of insurance the same day, naming them as additionally insured if required.

Will the 360 booth fit through a Manhattan building's freight elevator and loading dock?

In almost every case, yes — we plan the route in advance once we know your venue. Tell us the building and we will confirm freight elevator dimensions and dock access, and reserve the elevator window with your building management if one is required.

How much ceiling clearance and floor space does the 360 booth need?

8ft x 8ft minimum with 7.5ft of ceiling clearance for the camera arm; 12ft x 12ft is better where the floor plan allows it. Most hotel ballrooms and gallery spaces clear this easily — tighter Manhattan venues just need us to confirm the exact room in advance.

Do you charge a travel fee to Manhattan?

Manhattan is a standard service area — any travel fee is quoted up front from your venue ZIP code before you book, never added later.

Can the 360 booth be branded for a Midtown or Financial District corporate event?

Yes — the platform, the video overlay and the sharing screen can all carry your logo and campaign colors, which is why marketing teams running SoHo or FiDi activations tend to book this one.

How early do you arrive to set up for a Manhattan event with a strict building schedule?

We arrive a full hour before your scheduled start time and setup itself takes about 20 minutes. If your building requires earlier load-in access than that, idle time is billed at $150 per hour.

Is the 360 booth good for a wedding reception in a Manhattan hotel ballroom?

Yes — it is one of our most-requested booths for weddings alongside the mirror booth, since the video output gives guests something distinct from a printed strip to share that night.

What Manhattan neighborhoods do you cover?

We are out across Midtown, SoHo, Tribeca, Chelsea, the Upper East Side, the Financial District, Hell's Kitchen and the Lower East Side most weekends of the season. If your venue is not on that list, ask anyway.
