Our catering hall runs back-to-back events on Saturdays — how does load-in work?
We coordinate directly with the hall's event coordinator to find a load-in window that doesn't collide with the event before yours. Astoria and Flushing halls in particular tend to run tight turnovers, so we confirm timing in advance rather than arriving and hoping there's room to set up.
