How long does setup take?
Setup takes longer than our smaller booths because of the track — plan on the crew arriving a full hour before your scheduled start so the track, camera and lighting are tested and ready. If you need us on site earlier than that, idle time runs at $150 per hour.
Do you carry insurance for Brooklyn venues that require a COI?
Yes. We carry a $3 million liability insurance policy. If your loft or event space needs a certificate of insurance naming them as additionally insured, let us know before the event and we'll send it over.
