Will the 3D slider fit in a smaller Manhattan venue or gallery space?
It needs more room than our other booths — roughly 12ft of clear width at normal ceiling height for the track to glide along. Some gallery spaces and tighter hotel event rooms can't accommodate that; send us your floor plan and we'll confirm the fit before you book, and suggest an alternative booth if the slider won't work.
Do you provide a COI for Manhattan buildings that require one?
Yes, as standard practice. Most Manhattan buildings ask for a certificate of insurance naming them as additionally insured before approving load-in — send us their contact information and we'll get it to them ahead of your date.
Is there a travel fee for the 3D slider in Manhattan?

Can the slider be branded for a corporate product launch?
Yes. Every capture can carry a branded overlay — your logo, campaign frame or event graphics — and the backdrop is chosen with you in advance, so the whole experience matches your activation rather than sitting apart from it.
How much space does the 3D slider need?
Roughly 12ft across at normal ceiling height, plus a standard 110V outlet within 15 feet. It's the widest footprint of our open-air booths, which is why we confirm the fit before you book.
Is an attendant included with the rental?
Yes. A trained attendant runs the booth for the full length of your rental, coaching guests through each slide and handling setup and pack-down.
How long does setup take, and can you meet an early building sign-off deadline?
We arrive a full hour before your scheduled start so the track, camera and lighting are tested and ready. If your building requires an earlier load-in than that, we can typically accommodate it — idle time before your booked hour runs at $150 per hour.
How much liability insurance do you carry?
We carry a $3 million liability insurance policy. If your venue's management office needs the certificate before confirming your booking, let us know and we'll send it promptly.
