Does the enclosed booth work well at a Jersey City waterfront venue?

Do you travel to Jersey City from Brooklyn, and is there a fee?
Yes, and there's no travel fee for most Jersey City venues since it's a short hop from our Brooklyn base. We still confirm the exact number from your venue ZIP code before you book, so there's nothing new on the invoice.
Can the enclosed booth fit in an older building around Journal Square or The Heights?
In most cases, yes. The cabinet's footprint is compact and it doesn't need to be assembled inside the room if a doorway or stairwell is narrower than a newer highrise elevator. Tell us your building and floor and we'll confirm the path before your date.
How many people fit inside the enclosed booth?
Couples and small groups fit comfortably. For a bigger wedding party shot or a large group photo, we usually pair the enclosed booth with one of our open-air booths so both kinds of photo happen at the same event.
How much space and power does the booth need?
A 10ft x 10ft spot is comfortable, and we can compress to 8ft x 8ft when a Jersey City venue's floor plan runs tight. We need a standard 110V, 5-amp, 3-prong outlet within 15 feet of where the booth is set up.
How long does setup take?
About 20 minutes once we're on site, and we arrive a full hour ahead of your scheduled start so everything is tested and quiet before guests arrive. If your venue needs us there earlier, idle time runs at $150 per hour.
Can the enclosed booth be branded for a corporate event in Jersey City?
Yes. The exterior of the cabinet wraps in your branding and the strip template can carry your logo, which is common for the corporate events and product launches we run in the Newport and Exchange Place office towers.
Do you carry insurance and can you provide a COI for a Jersey City venue?
