Setup itself takes about 20 minutes, and we arrive a full hour before your scheduled start time so it's tested and ready. If you need us on site earlier than that for a rooftop ceremony with a tight golden-hour window, an idle fee of $150 per hour applies.
Do you carry insurance for Brooklyn venues that require a COI?
Yes. We carry a $3 million liability insurance policy. If your loft, rooftop bar or event space needs a certificate of insurance naming them as additionally insured, tell us before the event and we'll get it over to them.
