How much space and power does the GIF booth need?
10ft x 10ft is ideal and 8ft x 8ft is workable, with a standard 110V, 5-amp, 3-prong outlet within 15 feet.
Is an attendant included with the rental?
Yes. A trained attendant runs the booth for the full length of your rental, from setup through pack-down, so you don't need to assign anyone from your own team to it.
How long does setup take, and can you time it around golden hour?
Setup takes about 20 minutes, and we arrive a full hour before your scheduled start so it's tested and ready. If your waterfront reception has flexibility on timing, we can work with you to have the booth live for golden hour photos on the water.
Do you carry insurance for Jersey City venues that require a COI?
Yes. We carry a $3 million liability insurance policy. If your waterfront venue or hotel needs a certificate of insurance, let us know before the event and we'll send it over.
