Is an attendant included with the rental?
Yes. A trained attendant runs the booth for the full length of your rental — setup, guest assistance and pack-down — so you never have to pull someone from your own team or event staff to manage it.
How long does setup take if our building engineer needs it done before a set time?
About 20 minutes once we're in the room. We arrive a full hour before your scheduled start so it's tested and quiet before doors open, and we can work around an earlier building sign-off deadline — if that means arriving well ahead of our standard hour, idle time runs at $150 per hour.
How much liability insurance do you carry?
We carry a $3 million liability insurance policy. If your Manhattan venue needs the certificate before they'll confirm your booking, let us know and we'll send it over promptly.
