Do you charge a travel fee to DUMBO?
No travel fee — DUMBO is a local run for us. We quote it from your venue ZIP code before you book, so there is nothing to discover on the invoice afterward.
Is the skin-smoothing retouch too strong, or can we tone it down?
It's fully adjustable — we can push it toward a full editorial look or keep it subtle so guests still look like themselves. Tell us your preference before the event.
Can you send a certificate of insurance for a DUMBO venue that requires one?
Yes. We carry a $3 million insurance policy — reply to your booking confirmation with the venue's contact and we will send it over.
How does the glam booth's load-in work on DUMBO's cobblestone streets?
We plan the route from parking to your venue's door in advance rather than on the day, since cobblestones and limited vehicle access around Water and Jay Street slow down rolling equipment. It doesn't add to setup time — we simply arrive with a plan already made.
