Will the glam booth fit through a Manhattan building's freight elevator?
In nearly every case, yes. Tell us the building and we will confirm dimensions and reserve the elevator window with building management in advance if one is needed.
How much space does the glam booth need in a tight SoHo or Chelsea gallery?
10ft x 10ft is optimal, but we compress to 8ft x 8ft with 7.5ft of ceiling clearance when the venue calls for it — plenty of gallery spaces in this part of Manhattan run tight.
Does the studio lighting overpower a hotel ballroom's own décor lighting?
No — we control our lighting independently, which is the point. It renders skin tones evenly regardless of how the room's ambient lighting is set, without washing out the venue's own look in the background.
Can we choose color prints instead of black-and-white?
Yes. The signature look is black-and-white, but color is available, and we can let guests choose per session if you'd rather leave it open.
Do you charge a travel fee to Manhattan?
Manhattan is a standard service area — any fee is quoted up front from your venue ZIP code before you book, never added afterward.
How much lead time do you need if our venue has a strict load-in window?
Setup itself takes about 20 minutes and we arrive a full hour ahead of your start time. If your building requires earlier access than that, idle time is $150 per hour.
