Can the green screen booth fit into a tight Manhattan loading dock schedule?
Usually, yes. There's no physical set to haul in — just the screen, camera stand and lighting — so it fits into freight elevator windows that a full-backdrop booth couldn't. Tell us your building's access rules and we'll plan load-in around them.
Do you provide a certificate of insurance for Manhattan venues?
Yes. We carry a $3 million insurance policy and send a COI naming your venue as additionally insured the same day you ask — reply to your booking confirmation with their contact email.
Can the background be built around our brand campaign for a product launch?
Yes, that's what our design team does most often for corporate clients. Send over your campaign assets after booking and we'll build a background, and matching props, around them rather than pulling from stock.
How far ahead do we need to submit our background design?
At least two weeks for a fully custom build, so there's time to design it and get your sign-off. A simpler swap can move faster — ask and we'll tell you what's realistic for your date.
Does the green screen key correctly under a gallery space's track lighting?
Usually, yes — the key depends on even, consistent light rather than a fully dark room. We bring our own lighting rig regardless to keep it consistent, and we'll walk the space in advance if there's a specific concern.
How much floor space does the booth need in a hotel ballroom?
Optimal setup is 10ft x 10ft. We can compress to a minimum of 8ft x 8ft with 7.5ft of ceiling clearance when the floor plan is tight, and we need a standard 110V, 5-amp, 3-prong outlet within 15 feet.
Is there a travel fee for Manhattan events?
Manhattan is a standard service area — any travel fee is quoted up front from your venue ZIP code before you book, never added later.
Is an attendant included with the rental?
Yes. A trained attendant runs the booth for the full length of your rental, managing background changes and keeping the experience moving for your guests.
