Fairfield County is the far edge of our regular service area, and we treat it that way rather than pretending it's the same trip as a Brooklyn booking. The mirror booth itself works exactly as it does anywhere else — full-length gold frame, touchscreen animations, a pro Canon DSLR behind the glass — but the day around it looks different: an earlier load-out from Brooklyn, a longer buffer built into our schedule, and a confirmed on-site contact before we leave so there's no question about where to go when we arrive.
Greenwich and Westport venues in particular expect vendors who show up early and quietly rather than rolling in at the last minute, and that's the standard we plan to. Coastal Connecticut events often run in tented outdoor spaces, which changes what we need on site — level ground, a dedicated power run, and confirmation that the tent's setup won't interfere with the touchscreen's visibility. We work all of that out with you well before the date.
Once we're on site, setup is unchanged from anywhere else: about 20 minutes, with a full hour of arrival buffer before your start time. The booth wants a 10ft x 10ft footprint, or 8ft x 8ft with 7.5ft of ceiling clearance for a tighter room, plus a standard 110V outlet within 15 feet. Fairfield County is served with travel quoted in advance from your venue's ZIP code; further into Connecticut, ask and we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it work.

Is an attendant included with a Connecticut mirror booth rental?
Yes. A trained attendant runs the booth for the full length of your rental — setup, keeping the prop table organized, helping guests use the touchscreen, and packing down at the end of the night.
Do you carry insurance and can you provide a COI for a Connecticut venue?
Yes. We carry a $3 million insurance policy. If your venue needs a certificate of insurance naming them as additionally insured, reply to your booking confirmation with their contact email and we will send it over.
