Is an attendant included with a DUMBO mirror booth rental?
Yes. A trained attendant runs the booth for the full length of your DUMBO rental — setup, keeping the prop table organized, helping guests use the touchscreen, and packing down at the end of the night.
How long does setup take, and can you arrive early for a DUMBO event?
Setup takes about 20 minutes once we're inside, and we arrive a full hour before your scheduled start time so everything is tested and quiet before guests arrive. If your venue needs us on site earlier than that, idle time runs $150 per hour.
Do you carry insurance and can you provide a COI for a DUMBO venue?
Yes. We carry a $3 million insurance policy. If your venue needs a certificate of insurance naming them as additionally insured, reply to your booking confirmation with their contact email and we will send it over.
Which DUMBO areas do you cover?
