How long does setup take, and can you arrive early for a Westchester event?
Setup takes about 20 minutes once we're in the room, and we arrive a full hour before your scheduled start time so everything is tested and quiet before guests arrive. If your venue needs us on site earlier than that, idle time runs $150 per hour.
