The Mirror X is the fit for that space: six feet of frameless glass, the same interactive touchscreen and DSLR photography as our original mirror, in a profile that reads modern instead of ornate.
We built the Mirror X around corporate work, and it is the booth we recommend for Queens trade shows, product launches and company parties where your brand needs to show up on the start screen and every print. Custom overlays, a logo lockup print template and opt-in data capture are all available, built from your brand assets after you book. Its unlimited sessions and unlimited 4x6 prints keep a booth running all night at a big company event without turning into a bottleneck.
Space and power needs match our other mirror booth — 10ft x 10ft optimal, 8ft x 8ft minimum with 7.5ft of ceiling clearance for a tighter floor, one standard 110V outlet within 15 feet. Setup takes about 20 minutes and we arrive a full hour before your start time. Is the Mirror X a good fit for a Long Island City corporate event?

Can we brand the Mirror X for our company's Queens event?

What is the difference between the Mirror X and the gold-framed mirror booth for a Queens event?

Is an attendant included?
Yes. A trained attendant runs the Mirror X for your full Queens booking — setup, guiding guests through the touchscreen, and breakdown afterward.
Do you carry insurance and can you provide a COI for a Queens venue?
Yes. We carry a $3 million insurance policy. If your Queens venue needs a certificate of insurance naming them as additionally insured, reply to your booking confirmation with their contact email and we will send it over.
Can the Mirror X keep up with a large trade show or company party crowd?
Yes. Every rental includes unlimited sessions and unlimited 4x6 prints all night, and if your guest count is especially large we can talk through pairing it with a second station or a roaming attendant.
How do employees get to a Long Island City office event without driving?
LIC is well served by the 7, E, M and G trains and a Manhattan-bound ferry, which is part of why it has become such a popular corporate event corridor — most attendees can skip parking altogether.
Is parking available near LIC event venues if some guests do drive?
It varies by building — some newer LIC event spaces have dedicated garages, others rely on street parking or a nearby lot. Tell us your venue and we will let you know what to expect so you can pass it along to attendees.
