A mosaic wall built for Manhattan's conference floors
A mosaic wall that resolves into a company logo makes a different impression than a printed banner in a Manhattan ballroom or corporate lobby — every piece of it is a photo of someone who actually attended, placed there by hand over the course of your event. It is the setup we recommend most for conferences and corporate parties across the borough, where the board itself becomes part of the room's design rather than a backdrop off to the side. Guests place their own sticker and watch the piece build in real time, with the event hashtag tying what's happening on the wall to whatever's posting on social at the same time.
Because Manhattan venues run on a schedule — a loading dock window, a building engineer's sign-off, a COI your venue needs before granting access — we send certificates of insurance the same day you ask, and the mosaic wall's footprint is easy to fit into whatever slot a hotel ballroom or gallery space gives us. An attendant manages the sticker printing for the full length of the booking, so your own event staff never has to run it.
For weddings and fundraisers, the master image is usually a portrait rather than a logo, and it works the same way in a rooftop bar or a Midtown hotel space as it does on a conference floor. Travel across Manhattan — Midtown, SoHo, Tribeca, Chelsea, the Financial District — is a standard, upfront quote from your venue ZIP code, never added after the fact.

Magic Mirror Brooklyn is Absolutely the BEST thing we added to our wedding reception! People were still talking about how much FUN they had 2 weeks after, they LOVED Vallon and his crew who made everything so much FUN, the keepsake photos were Hilarious & guests stayed WAY later than they would have because we had this UNIQUE booth! Typical photobooths have NOTHING on this Mirror. If I could give a 10 star rating..I would!

Magic Mirror Brooklyn was incredibly professional and friendly upon booking online, particularly in regards to the rental of the Mirror photo-booth. They worked tirelessly to pull off our vision and went above and beyond throughout the process. On event day, they were professional and had wonderful interactions with each guest who came to get their picture taken.

It was a pleasure doing business with Valen. He was very polite, professional and very accommodating. Him and his assistant had very good energy and kept all of our guests having fun. The table with accessories was kept neat and organized the whole evening. The booth was a big hit in my event! Would definitely hire this company again.

Questions
Photo Mosaic Wall in Manhattan — FAQ
Can the mosaic build our company logo for a conference?
Yes, and it's the most common choice for corporate events. We'll tell you honestly whether your logo will resolve well at mosaic scale before you commit, and can suggest adjustments if it won't.
Do you provide a certificate of insurance for our Manhattan venue?
Yes. We carry a $3 million insurance policy and send a COI naming your venue as additionally insured the same day you ask — reply to your booking confirmation with their contact email.
How much lead time do you need to prepare the master image?
Send us your logo or portrait as early as you can so we can confirm it will resolve properly at mosaic scale — a couple of weeks' notice gives us room to suggest adjustments if the image needs them.
Does the mosaic wall fit into a hotel ballroom's loading dock schedule?
Yes. The board and printer station are straightforward to load in and out, and we coordinate with your venue's engineer or dock schedule the same way we do for any other booth.
How much floor space does the wall need?
Optimal setup is 10ft x 10ft. We can compress to a minimum of 8ft x 8ft with 7.5ft of ceiling clearance, and we need a standard 110V, 5-amp, 3-prong outlet within 15 feet.
Is there a travel fee for Manhattan events?
Manhattan is a standard service area — any travel fee is quoted up front from your venue ZIP code before you book, never added later.
Is an attendant included with the rental?
Yes. A trained attendant manages the wall for the full length of your rental, running the sticker printing and helping guests find a spot.
Can the wall work in a smaller gallery space rather than a full ballroom?
Yes — we can size the board to a smaller footprint for a tighter gallery or lobby space. Tell us your room and expected headcount and we'll spec it to fit.
