How many hours should we book for a Queens wedding?

Can you send our venue a certificate of insurance?
Yes. We carry a $3 million policy and turn COIs around the same day you send us your venue's contact — standard practice for the catering halls most Queens weddings are held at.
Do we get every photo from the night, not just the prints?
Yes. Every image lands in an online gallery you can download in full and share with guests, on top of the unlimited prints handed out on the night.
Our catering hall has another wedding right before ours — how does load-in work?
We coordinate directly with the hall's event coordinator to find a load-in window that doesn't conflict with the event ahead of yours. Astoria and Flushing halls especially tend to run tight turnovers on Saturdays, so we confirm timing before the day rather than showing up and hoping.
How will out-of-town guests get to our Queens venue without a car?
It depends on the neighborhood — Long Island City has the 7, E, M and G trains plus a ferry; Flushing and Forest Hills both have LIRR stops near most catering halls there, which is useful for older relatives; Jamaica is a major LIRR hub with AirTrain access to JFK.
